Due to COVID-19 precautions, our team at Relevé Sports Medicine have virtual visit options for new and existing patients using telehealth through our electronic health system, AdvancedMD.
Face-to-face visits will continue to be avalible for those who need to be seen for acute injuries or may need x-rays, diagnostic ultrasound, injections, or other exclusively in-person treatments.
Telemedicine Checklist

Do you have access to a mobile device, laptop, or desktop computer with video chat capability for your video visit?
Do you have strong and stable internet connection at the location you will be at during the time of your video visit?
How to Schedule your Telemedicine Appointment
STEP 1
Call our office at 863-401-4401 and let us know that you are looking to schedule a telemedicine appointment or feel free to utilize our self-service online scheduling feature by clicking here and selecting telemedicine on the second screen.
STEP 2
Within three days of your appointment you will be sent both an email and a text message (if number was provided) confirming your appointment and to provide you with a link to your upcoming appointment. If you are a new patient, then you will receive a separate email with a link to review and sign your new patient consent forms.
STEP 3
If your appointment is scheduled to occur in less than three days, then you will receive your email link(s) and text within the hour the appointment was made.
STEP 4
Note: The link in the email to your virtual appointment will not be accessible until ten minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.
STEP 5
The audio visual platform utilized during your telemedicine visit is Zoom. If you don't already have Zoom installed on your device, then doing so prior to your appointment will prevent any potential delay in joining your telemedicine visit at the scheduled time.
STEP 6
Ten minutes prior to your telemedicine visit, you will be able to click the link in your email which will bring you to a virtual waiting room. When your doctor arrives the appointment will start automatically.
